These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Miche (the “Service”), a free sourdough recipe calculator. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Miche allows you to create, calculate, and share sourdough recipes. The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Accounts
Accounts use passwordless, email-based sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, as anyone able to access a sign-in link sent to it may access your Miche account.
Your content
You retain ownership of the recipes you create. By sharing a recipe link, you make that recipe’s contents available to anyone who obtains the link. You agree not to use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Service, including by overwhelming it with automated requests, probing for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempting to access accounts that are not your own.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Recipe calculations are provided as tools only; Miche does not warrant any particular result, and you are solely responsible for what you prepare and consume, including matters of allergens and food safety.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Miche and its maker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Changes and termination
These Terms may be updated from time to time; the date above indicates the most recent revision, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account page.
